Bottle Conditioned Real Ale

Here is a complete list of all the beers that we stock throughout the year. We generally have at least eight beers available at any one time, plus the odd special brew.

All our beers are naturally bottle conditioned, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Real Ale is a living product; the characteristic sparkle and sediment are produced naturally by the yeast in the bottle. To enjoy your beer at its best, store upright, serve cool & pour with care.

 Staffordshire Gold 3.8% A golden hoppy session beer

 

 Danebridge IPA 4.1% A well balanced bitter hoppy IPA

Staffordshire Bitter 4.2% A copper coloured hoppy bitter

Hen Cloud 4.5% A light pale hoppy ale  

   Black Grouse Stout 4.5% Our mid strength smooth stout

   Rudyard Ruby 4.8% A strong ruby malty ale

Leekenbrau 5% Very light - made just with larger malt

 Double Sunset 5% A golden premium beer

Cheddleton Steamer 6.5% Our Bavarian stlye wheat beer  

Dark Peak Extra Strong 8% A Strong black stout      

 White Peak Extra Strong 8% A strong barley wine

 

 

We also produce and bottle a range of fruit beers, including Peach, Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Ginger, and cherry
